IMPORTANT NOTICE: These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," "Member") and pisotaya ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on pisotaya.net, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the pisotaya platform.
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:
STRICTLY 21+ ONLY. In accordance with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law, all players must be a minimum of 21 years of age to register an account or participate in any form of gaming on pisotaya. Misrepresentation of age is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances. pisotaya reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of pisotaya is lawful in their jurisdiction. pisotaya primarily serves Filipino players in the Philippines. Players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are not permitted to register or use the platform. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ascertain whether use of the platform is legal in their location.

Each individual Player is permitted to maintain one (1) Account on pisotaya. Multiple accounts — whether registered under the same name, address, device, IP address, or payment method — constitute a violation of these Terms. pisotaya reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and void all associated balances and wagers without notice.
pisotaya is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawals. KYC verification requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, SSS ID, GSIS ID, or equivalent) together with a live selfie. pisotaya may request additional documentation at its discretion. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may have withdrawal access suspended.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pisotaya account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. pisotaya will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify pisotaya immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
All personal information provided to pisotaya must be accurate and kept up to date. You must notify pisotaya promptly of any changes to your registered mobile number, email address, or residential address by contacting our support team. pisotaya reserves the right to suspend accounts where information is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent with KYC documents.
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. pisotaya may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its published fee schedule. Players will be notified by registered email or SMS before any dormancy fee is applied. Real Money balances in dormant accounts remain the property of the Player and are retrievable upon account reactivation subject to KYC requirements.

pisotaya reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time. Players will be notified of material changes to available payment methods via the platform's announcements section.
The minimum deposit on pisotaya is ₱100 (Philippine Pesos). Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification tier. Players may set personal deposit limits via their account settings in accordance with pisotaya's Responsible Gaming tools. Self-imposed deposit limits take effect immediately upon setting and may not be increased for a period of 24 hours.
GCash and Maya deposits are credited to your pisotaya wallet instantly under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to one (1) banking business day to reflect. USDT deposits are credited following the required number of blockchain confirmations. pisotaya accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
All transactions on pisotaya are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. USDT transactions are converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing. pisotaya is not liable for exchange rate fluctuations affecting the peso value of cryptocurrency deposits.
Players must only deposit using payment methods registered in their own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source is owned or operated by a person other than the registered Account holder — are strictly prohibited. pisotaya reserves the right to suspend accounts and reverse transactions where third-party funding is identified.
Withdrawals are available only to Players who have completed KYC verification and whose accounts are in good standing. A Player must have deposited and wagered real money before being eligible to withdraw. The minimum withdrawal amount on pisotaya is ₱200. pisotaya reserves the right to require additional verification before processing withdrawal requests exceeding defined thresholds.
pisotaya targets the following withdrawal processing times under normal conditions:
Processing times are targets only and not guarantees. pisotaya shall not be liable for delays caused by factors outside its control, including but not limited to banking system outages, payment processor downtime, or regulatory holds.
For anti-money laundering compliance purposes, withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, up to the deposited amount. Winnings exceeding the deposited amount may be withdrawn via any eligible payment method registered to the Account holder.
Players may cancel a pending withdrawal request before it is processed, reverting the funds to their Real Money Balance. Once a withdrawal has been approved and dispatched by pisotaya's payment team, it cannot be reversed.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by pisotaya are subject to these general terms unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise. Specific promotion terms take precedence over these general terms where there is a conflict.
Bonus credits must be wagered a specified number of times on eligible games before they can be converted to withdrawable Real Money. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus will be stated in the individual promotion's terms. Wagers placed on restricted games (as specified per promotion) will not contribute to wagering requirement completion. pisotaya reserves the right to void bonus balances and resulting winnings if wagering requirements are not met within the applicable validity period.
pisotaya employs fraud detection systems to identify bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim promotions multiple times, systematic low-risk betting strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk, and collusion between players for bonus exploitation. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will be suspended and all bonus balances and associated winnings will be forfeited.
All promotions on pisotaya are valid for the period stated in their respective terms. pisotaya reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion before its modification or termination will have their participation honoured under the original terms where technically feasible.
pisotaya offers a range of gaming products including but not limited to: live dealer casino games, RNG-based table games, video slots, sports betting, bingo, online sabong, and fish shooting games. The availability of specific games may vary based on regulatory requirements, technical maintenance, or provider agreements. pisotaya reserves the right to add, modify, or remove games from its lobby at any time.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or interruption during a game session, pisotaya will endeavour to resolve the issue promptly. Where a malfunction results in an incorrect game outcome or an erroneous payout, pisotaya reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the Player's Real Money Balance. Winnings resulting from technical errors are not valid and will be voided.
Sports betting on pisotaya — including PBA, NBA, UFC, boxing, UAAP, and other covered leagues — is subject to pisotaya's Sports Betting Rules available in the platform's Help section. Wagers placed on incorrect odds due to evident error may be voided at pisotaya's discretion. In-play bets once confirmed are binding subject to event completion rules.
pisotaya applies maximum payout limits per transaction and per day as specified in its published limits schedule. These limits apply regardless of game type, bet size, or odds. Players are advised to review current payout limits in their account settings before placing high-value wagers.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on pisotaya and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension and potential legal action:

pisotaya provides its gaming platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While pisotaya endeavours to maintain continuous service availability, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pisotaya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to lost profits, lost game winnings due to technical errors, or damages resulting from unauthorized account access attributable to the Player's own negligence.
pisotaya shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, telecommunications outages, government actions, power failures, cyberattacks, pandemics, or natural disasters affecting Philippine infrastructure.
Gambling involves financial risk. By using pisotaya, you acknowledge that you understand and accept the risks associated with gambling, including the possibility of losing all deposited funds. pisotaya is not liable for any financial losses incurred through legitimate gambling activity on the platform. Please play responsibly and only wager amounts you can afford to lose.
pisotaya reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any player account with or without prior notice for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete KYC verification within required timeframes, regulatory directive, or at pisotaya's sole discretion where it deems it necessary for the integrity of the platform.
Players may request account closure at any time by contacting pisotaya's customer support team. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, pisotaya will process any eligible Real Money Balance as a withdrawal to the Player's verified payment method, subject to KYC requirements and the deduction of any applicable fees. Pending bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
Upon termination of an account for breach of these Terms, pisotaya reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balances, void pending wagers, and cancel outstanding withdrawal requests. Players whose accounts have been closed for breach may be permanently prohibited from registering new accounts on the platform.
pisotaya reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via email or platform notification at least seven (7) days before they take effect, except where immediate implementation is required by law or regulatory instruction.
Continued use of the pisotaya platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.2.
The version of the Terms & Conditions bearing the most recent effective date shown on this page shall be the version in force.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
In the event of a dispute between a Player and pisotaya, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through pisotaya's internal complaints procedure by contacting our customer support team. If a dispute cannot be resolved internally within fourteen (14) calendar days, either party may refer the matter to the relevant PAGCOR dispute resolution process or other applicable Philippine regulatory or judicial authority.
Both parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for resolution of any dispute not resolved through the procedures described above. Nothing in this clause shall limit pisotaya's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent jurisdiction.
